Hotel Construction Project Manager

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Lead hotel construction projects from inception to completion.

Coordinate projects with Designers, Contract Administrators, Purchasing Agents, property operations, engineers, etc.

Lead pre-bid and pre-construction meetings.

Recommend and solicit bids for general contractor/subcontractors.

Assist in evaluating bids to determine opportunities for cost/time savings.

Day-to-day management of contractors/subcontractors and vendors involved with assigned projects.

Responsible for cost and schedule controls of projects to ensure projects are on time and on budget.

On-site construction oversight.

Prepare weekly project status report outlines, schedules, variance to budget, potential cost overruns or additional work for senior management.

Proactively communicate potential areas that may impact schedule and/or budget.

Provide on-going communication of overall scope of work with operations team at the property to assure minimal disruption to guests and to revenue.

 Persyaratan

Bachelor’s degree in real estate development, construction management, construction technology, architecture, or related field from a prestigious international university

At least 2+ years construction and/or renovation experience with a contractor in a related field.

Hotel/restaurant projects experience is a plus.

Must be fluent in English and Indonesian

Proficient with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ability to generate, update and maintain weekly project status reports.

Well-organized self-starter with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Excellent Communication skills.

Extensive travel between Jakarta and Bali (Seminyak) required
