Responsibilities :
1.) Assist Manager for all Manager’s duties.
2.) Mainly responsible for import and export duties, including documents, labeling, custom clearance, shipment tracking, etc
3.) Communicating with customers regarding their order’s status and shipment.
4.) Working closely with overseas suppliers, customers, shipping and airlines companies.
5.) Monitoring production prior to orders.
6.) Other jobs instructed by Manager.

Requirements :
1.) S1 from reputable university
2.) Woman, Age 25-35 years old
3.) Having good knowledge about import and export documents and regulations
4.) Understand Mandarin and English Language is a must (verbal and written)
5.) Excellent in computer literate
6.) Highly motivated, loyal, disciplined, meticulous and responsible
7.) Strong communication skills & able to work as a team
8.) Independent and thrustworthy person
9.) Willing to work in Parung, Bogor
10.) Able to work under pressure and deadlines
11.) Willing to work overtime if needed
